Shipping conditions

1. Delivery area

Delivery takes place exclusively within the European Union and USA.

2. Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 3-5 working days. For customised products (print-on-demand), the delivery time may be 7-14 working days.

3. Shipping costs

In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping basket system and on the order page. The shipping costs include the costs for packaging and shipping.

4. Partial deliveries

We do not make partial deliveries

5. Shipping service provider

The dispatch takes place e.g. DHL

6. Delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays. If delivery is not possible for reasons for which you are responsible, you will be responsible for the costs of re-delivery.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects immediately to the deliverer and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
